How long have you been in business?
Beach Buddy Manufacturing, dba Easy Launch, has been in business since 1984 and introduced our first Transom Wheels to market during the big Seattle Boat Show in January, 1985. Shortly thereafter Easy Launch developed the Bow Wheels for hard shell boats, and in the '90s introduced the Inflatable Boat Bow Dolly.

Where are you located?
Our offices are in Seattle, Washington. We have been manufacturing and marketing the Easy Launch Boat Wheels since 1984.

Should I order replacement parts so that I have them on hand?
No. You will find Easy Launch products to be of the highest quality materials and workmanship, designed with the consumer in mind and built to last without obsolescence. If the product has been damaged or abused, parts are easily available.

Is the Easy Launch wheel system recommended for use in salt water?
Yes, it was designed specifically for salt water! It is made of the best available corrosion-resistant aluminum -- combined with strength, and then clear-annodized for maximum protection. All pins and mounting hardware are stainless steel -- including the lanyard. The wheels are medium-high density commercial polyethylene and are rotationally molded to 1/4" thickness, are designed to operate without bearings, are airtight and float!

Where may I see a demonstration of Easy Launch Boat Wheels?
Photos in this web site show or illustrate the application of each wheel type.

Can Easy Launch wheels be used on any boat?
The Easy Launch wheel system can be adapted to most boats. We have even installed the transom wheels on pelican-type paddle boats. If you have a question regarding your particular boat, contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UPS shipping time for most orders -- depending on the destination zip code -- is normally one to seven days following payment guarantee.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Easy Launch prides itself on a 17 year history of very satisfied customers. Our warranty assures that if the product is defective in material or workmanship within two years from the purchase date, Easy Launch will repair or replace that unit free of charge, as long as it has not been subject to abuse or misuse.

Can I get a discount if I order two sets of Easy Launch wheels?
No. Prices are based on costs, which are fixed.

How did you come up with the name "Easy Launch?"
We believed that the term precisely describes the process of launching a loaded boat that is fitted with our wheels.

Can I pay for my purchase by credit card?
Not at the present time.

I would like my wheels to be red instead of blue. Can Easy Launch wheels be painted?
Yes, but it is not recommended because the polyethylene wheel will not retain paint on a permanent basis.

What does your company logo represent?
The logo is a representation of the patented "posi-roll" tread tracks made by the Easy Launch Wheel as your boat is transported across a sandy beach to the water.
